In this blog, I’m going to talk about an important ingredient that can take your weight loss results from OK to great!

In fact, it’s an ingredient I rely on myself.

One ingredient that’s missing in a lot of weight loss programs is accountability and support.

It’s having someone to help motivate you along the way!

Actually … that’s more like three ingredients, right? But they all fit together.

These ingredients are SUPER important, especially a couple of weeks after starting a new program when your enthusiasm starts to wear off.

It’s also important when your results are stalling out a little, and you could benefit from an outside eye so you know what to do next.

The ingredient I’m talking about is working with an experienced nutritionist with a PROVEN process.

🌿When you want a tasty special occasion drink … but you also want it to be healthy and alcohol-free, this is a great choice!

🍒CHERRY MINT MOCKTAIL

(makes 2 servings)

  • 1 cup (140 grams) pitted cherries (fresh or frozen/thawed)
  • ¼ cup (15 grams) fresh mint leaves
  • ¼ cup (60 ml) lime juice
  • 3 cups (700 ml) sugar-fee sparkling water like La Croix (black cherry flavour if possible)
  • Optional: sugar-free sweetener of choice

Place the cherries, mint, and lime juice in a high-speed blender or food processor. Pulse a couple of times until they are just combined and not completely pulverized.

Scrape out of the container, placing equally in two glasses filled with ice. Pour the sparkling water over it. Add sugar-free sweetener to taste, stirring well. Enjoy!
